What can I expect for a regular clean?

Regular cleans include bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and any additional items such as laundry.

Are there up-charges for additional items?

No, there are not additional charges as we charge by the hour.

What can I expect for a deep clean?

Deep cleans are much more detailed than regular cleans. Deep cleans include oven, fridge, hood fans, windows, walls, baseboards, doors, cupboards and any additional items such as balconies. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept eTransfer or cash payments. 

I have pets, is there an additional charge?

No, we do not charge extra for pets. Please ensure that your pets are out of the cleaners way. 

What happens if I am not satisfied with the clean?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee – if you are not satisfied please contact us and we will rectify the situation!

Is Maid In Van insured?

Yes, Maid In Van is fully insured. 

Are Maid In Van employees checked for a criminal record?

Yes, all of Maid In Vans employees have undergone a criminal record check. 

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

In order for us to provide the best service to our clients, we do charge a $100 cancellation fee if the clean is not cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.
